Customers who wish to return or exchange an item must do so within 14 days of purchase. Items should be returned in resalable condition, meaning they are unused, in the same condition as received, and include original packaging, accessories, labels, and any "free gifts" or bonus items.
Please note the following regarding returns:
Non-refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable as they have already been incurred. Only the product amount will be refunded.
Defective Items: If an item is found to be defective within 24 hours of purchase, our team will collect and replace it.
Special Offers: Products purchased through gift coupons, bundle offers, special offers, or during sales campaigns may not be eligible for return. Replacement is only possible if the customer provides evidence of defects or missing parts within 14 days of delivery.
Improper Usage: Products damaged due to improper usage (e.g., incorrect electrical source, water leakage, or repair by an unauthorized workshop) will not be accepted under warranty terms and conditions.
Payment
We accept payments via K-net, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Buy Now Pay Later, and Cash on Delivery. Upon receiving your order, we process payment using your chosen method. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will promptly notify you via email or phone call and issue a full refund for any payments made.
Cancellation
Certain orders may need to be canceled due to various reasons such as quantity limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, issues identified by our fraud prevention department, or detection of account manipulation. Additionally, we may require further verification or information before approving an order. If your order is canceled or if additional information is needed, we will promptly communicate with you.
In the event that your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account upon providing us with your bank details. Please note that no cash disbursement will be made under any circumstances.
