1. Start with clean and moisturized lips. You can gently exfoliate your lips beforehand to remove any dry or flaky skin. 2. Twist up or open the lip color packaging to reveal the product. 3. Apply the lip color directly to your lips, starting from the center and moving outwards. You can swipe it across your lips once for a sheer look or apply multiple layers for a more intense color payoff. 4. Use the lip color's applicator or your fingertips to blend and spread the product evenly across your lips. 5.
