In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please accept our apologies. Contact us at 6646 6350 to arrange for a replacement or issuance of a coupon after we collect the product from you.

We accept payment via K-net, debit cards, cash on delivery, Tabby (buy now pay later), PayPal, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the product and it meets our return policy criteria.

Refunds will be issued based on your payment method: bank transfers for e-payment orders, and coupons for COD orders.

A Chicbom coupon functions as a credit note. It can be used to purchase items within 12 months from the date of issuance.

Your Chicbom coupon will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with Chicbom coupons.

All custom charges and local taxes will be applied in accordance with the law and regulations of the destination country, and will be settled by the customer upon delivery.
