You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. Start with clean, dry lips. You can use a gentle lip cleanser or wipe to remove any makeup or residue.
2. Take a small amount of the lip scrub onto your fingertip. A little goes a long way, so you don't need a large amount.
3. Gently massage the scrub onto your lips using circular motions. The sugar grains will begin to melt upon contact with your lips, providing a gentle exfoliation. Be sure to cover the entire surface of your lips, including the corners.
4. Continue massaging for about 1-2 minutes to allow the product to effectively exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. You can adjust the pressure based on your comfort level, but be gentle to prevent any irritation.
5. Once you're satisfied with the exfoliation, you can either rinse off the scrub with water or simply wipe it away with a tissue. If you choose to rinse, make sure to pat your lips dry afterwards.
6. Follow up with a lip balm or moisturizer to hydrate and nourish your lips. This will help seal in moisture and keep your lips soft and smooth.
